The queen's apprentice, the hopeful to the throne and a complete mess at all times. Everyone but Bly could see that this was a bad idea, but who could stop it, really? She's the queen's adopted daughter, after all. Until fate intervened, Tempest died, and Bly...wasn't chosen. A child was, instead, launching Bly into a grief-driven revenge quest - first, against the child who usurped her, and now against the gods who denied her. As the thought that maybe she was never meant ot be this hangs heavy over her head, and impulsivity reigns supreme, dictating her decisions, will she ever be able to help herself?

Background
Despite being surrendered to an orphanage the moment she was born, Bly didn't have the worst upbringing. The people around her were as kind as they could be, being all in the same boat.
It all changed, however, when one day Bly was adopted by a nice enough seeming family. She was five, and they thought for their second child, they'd adopt instead of trying to have another child. She was perfect, until she wasn't. Bly is sensitive - no matter what environment she's in, she's always a bit reactive, quick to annoy. People tend to brush it off, but as it posed a problem for the couple and their existing son, which Bly fought with, they decided to take matters into their own hands. After a short, abusive stint at that caravan, she was returned.
This compounded her issues, and two years later, she was adopted out again - to the queen of the kingdom no less. Tempest appreciated her bossy attitude and sass, and decided to take her under her wing. Little did she know, Bly would continue to be a problem. She was miles behind everyone at school, often just skipping classes, and the high culture shock brought a lot of judgement onto her. As such, she has a bit of an inferiority complex that she's carried through the rest of her life.
