-The character owner has permission to edit my adopt artwork, within reason.
Upon buying or commissioning a design from me - you are free to do almost anything you want with the design, but these rules are just here to help.
-Please respect the transfer status of the character. If it has been traded or gifted, it cannot be resold. Maybe some designs may be subject to species rules, please be careful, you may get banned if this is the case.
With purchase of a design from me - either premade (adopt), custom commission you own all character rights but I reserve some rights to the original artwork. (This means you cannot profit off my original artwork, but you may profit off the character's design by creating new art, merch n suits)
-Please do not rip off, trace my designs. Proper inspiration is taking limited inspo from multiple sources.
-All my designs are genderless by default - no matter how masculine or feminine they appear, or if they have visible surgery scars and so on. You may change the design however you feel comfortable.
-Future credit is not necessary. Once uploaded to Toyhouse and credited there is enough. If you do not have a Toyhouse account, I can provide you with an access key.
