Sowa Chaeol-eum

Chaeol-eum Sowa, or "Chaen" for short, is a Korean man with a talent for ice, as wintry activities are his favorite. 

 In age 14,  he lost his father in a raid while they were on a snow hike together. Though he managed to escape, he nearly froze to death in the cold snowstorm. His father had told him about a freeze gun Chaen carried, which could freeze him but also protect him, though it had never been tested and caused Chaen's skin to become infected. He was later discovered by the Nefarians a few hours after their location was demolished. 

Thawed out, he joined them after learning that his father used to work with them, intending to continue his legacy. He was also Braden's former partner and an old friend.
