Cosmos is a high school student on his home planet of Alpha Ceti. He lives in a society that follows strict instructions on how to be a polite and model citizen, and like everyone else he knows he excels at it.
Big theater nerd, loves making costumes and creating elaborate mask designs that don't fit the typical style of mask ukkats normally wear. He tends to hide his mask designs as to not appear "unusual" though.
He's actually a great swimmer, but he floats due to the air held in his glass body. Says one day he'll figure out how swim deep in the water without being pulled by up (he wont).
Originally had a great relationship with his parents, but ever since he became a teenager they've become progressively distant.
