Those of the Tides know better than to mess with Florimell. The Espurr-Ribombee is an expert, but strict, librarian/archivist. While she's doing most of her clerical duties as a librarian, she seems as though she's just a normal Pokemon. But when she gets deep into her archiving duties, it appears as though she's in a more meditative trance, floating books by, marking them, and putting them back all with her psychic abilities. Though soft-spoken, her power is recognized, as well as her kindness and patience.
One fateful day, buzzs god Cadmus and his child found themselves in the library, and a request was made: allow Smore to be an apprentice at the library. Though Florimell knew that buzz could easily do all of the library work buzzself, Florimell would never turn away buzzs god, nor his sweet daughter. Looking at her brought the quiet Pokemon immense amounts of joy, and the fusion accepted having Smore as an apprentice and working at the library under buzz.
