it is rumored that in the middle of nowhere , where the winds never whistles , and where the bird dont sings , lost in the humid lake and cat tails , exist a small island surrounded by yards and yards of lukewarm deep water , surrounded and hidden from the naughty eyes by a constant everlasting thick wall of fog. 

people trying to access it have always dissapeared without trace of their existance , tho some tried , swimming , personal boat , from above via the cloudy sky. All have vanished.

But if you ask the right person , one will know that its said you need to fine the only small decaying wooden dock , sit there and wait . you need to be patient , as it will pay. A small boat will apparently emerge from the fog , its only conductor dimly illuminated by the sigular light of a candle.

As long as you have a small offering , it could be anything as long as it was choosen with good intention , that the only value hell see and consider . If he accept it , Youll then be authorized to enter and sit in his boat , stay silent , don't talk to him. its the only rule. The boat ride could feel like it last a few minute , or hours if not days. Don't speak to him , he testing your patience.
