Story

Maxwell had been in the service of King Drayce, ruler of the realm of Drachar, for as long as he could remember. His roles within the kingdom were varied: he acted as a bodyguard, a spy, and even collected taxes when needed. During one of his missions, Maxwell encountered a slave named Xer Yufong, whom he rescued and brought to the castle. Recognizing Xer's magic potential, Maxwell introduced him to King Drayce, who found the slave's unique abilities valuable.
Maxwell and Xer developed a strong bond as they worked closely together, their friendship deepening with each passing day. However, their loyalty to the king was put to the test when Maxwell uncovered his morally questionable decisions. Feeling conflicted, Maxwell confided in Xer, hoping for support in his decision to leave the king's service. To Maxwell's dismay, Xer chose to remain loyal to Drayce, prompting Maxwell to set out on his own.
He wandered the lands, seeking purpose and redemption for his past actions. Along the way, Maxwell stumbled upon a stranger in need and, true to his nature, offered his assistance. To his surprise, the stranger turned out to be the king of a neighboring land, who welcomed Maxwell into his service. In this new kingdom called Judrela, Maxwell found himself serving a king who possessed a kind heart and a genuine concern for his people. Maxwell took pride in his work, relishing the opportunity to interact with the king's family, including his wife and young daughter. Despite the king's marital status, Maxwell couldn't help but develop feelings for him, drawn to his compassion and warm nature.
Tragedy struck when a letter bomb targeted the castle, resulting in the destruction of the east wing where the royal family resided. Maxwell's quick thinking saved the king's young daughter, but he was haunted by guilt over his inability to save the royal couple. Determined to protect the new crowned queen, Maxwell vowed to never leave her side, ready to face whatever dark times lay ahead.

Some Gemdolls like Maxwell have a glas element somewhere on their body where their blood is visible (Maxwell's tail). They allow Gemdolls to use magic.
Maxwell can summon a dome of blue glowing energy within sight that is immune to any damage.

› Gemdoll is a closed species by Withy!
› Every Gemdoll has three important traits: doll joints, at least one mist ring (around their chest) and a gem on their chest which is their heart.
› The color of a Gemdoll's gem, mist ring, and blood is always the same.
› Age is just a number for Gemdolls. They're born as an adult and never grow old.
› Gemdolls don't have the need to eat or drink. They do it just for fun.
› There are different materials which a Gemdoll consists of. Maxwell is made of metal.
