Summary:
Ivory was born in a pride separate from Edge's Kingdom, where she was originally named Lagoon. After the King - her father - was chased off, a new King under Edge took over. Valuing strength in hunting and combat, Lagoon was trained and eventually renamed Splinter, after her devastating bite. Unfortunately she struggled with her own strength and often played too rough with the younger cubs, leaving her somewhat of an outcast amongst them. During a harsh drought, the pride was struggling to get enough food for themselves - let alone for Edge. To spare himself from Edge's wrath, the King offered "his best fighter" to join Edge's Kingdom. However, Splinter felt deep down she was truly offered just so her pride could get rid of her. Her anger festered until she no longer wanted to keep either of her previous names and, after some suggestions (likely from Vanish), took the name of Ivory.
A very rough and tumble lioness who pledges her full loyalty to Edge's family. She's enthusiastic and friendly, though fears she'll one day be abandoned or kicked out if she cannot uphold her promised skills. Ivory is prone to holding grudges and certainly isn't above quests for vengeance. Hates being alone, is often accompanied by another pride member. Best friends with Bright.*
