To be named's Ownership

ADOPT/DESIGN TOS
1. For money offers/flatsales, I'll take holds for up to a week. Afterwards, if not paid, I will contact you ONCE.
If you don't respond after 24 hours I will go ahead and automatically put the oc back up for sale/offer, and blacklist you.

You MAY
1. Resell a design for higher value as you bought it AS LONG AS you have added commissioned or personal art to its profile.
(If I gave you a design for free/trade don't sell them for money at ALL unless commissioned/personal art is added)
2. Use my designs for commercial and personal use (such as stories and comm advertisements)
3. Take inspiration from my designs, but DO NOT CREATE NEARLY IDENTICAL/CARBON COPY DESIGNS.
If I catch you making a design thats nearly a direct copy of one of my designs you will be BLOCKED AND BLACKLISTED.

You MAY NOT
1. Trade/Resell a design BEFORE owning it for a week total. I have a 7 day cooldown on owning my designs so they aren't just used for fodder.
2. Trade lock my designs.
3. Use my designs for any hateful or 18+ use
4. Give/trade my designs to any blacklisted users, or just anyone you know is shitty
5. Offer on a character that ISN'T in the "up for sale" folder unless I give permission.
Tags do NOT count as permission as I tend to forget to change tags when I get new characters.
6. Breaking any of these rules may get you a block+blacklist



ART TOS
1. You may use my art for profile decor (such as pfps, banners, pagedolls) as long as you CREDIT ME!!!
2. Do NOT use artwork from me if it's commissioned/gifted/traded to someone, UNLESS you are the one who commissioned/were gifted/were traded the art
(Any personal art of mine such as fandom or oc art, that isn't made for someone, you are free to use ofc with credit. Do NOT claim my ocs as yours.)
3. It usually takes about a week to 2 months for me to finish art, sometimes longer, depending on what type it is. Feel free to dm me for updates or cancel anything if I take too long.
If you do cancel however, please please inform me beforehand.



GENERAL TOS
1. If you're on my blacklist get out
2. Rudeness or aggression is not allowed on my profile, unless you're a friend of mine and you're obviously joking.
3. If offering on characters on my alt (CookieOphee), then PING ME in your comment so I can see. I don't log onto my alt often.
4. Keep 18+ content out of here, I am a minor. Suggestive jokes are okay with me ONLY IF YOU'RE A FRIEND, and dont be weird abt it
5. Please don't private message me to become friends, I'm sorry but I get really anxious when confronted in dms for non-business purpose. Current friends featured on profile are okay to dm for fun
