Lynch (WOF redesign)

And here we have the main antagonist! A rainwing-nightwing hybrid! He's the leader of a branch of an evil group. He is an Animus. His hat gives him strength, the monocle lets him read minds/see dragons true intentions, and the bow tie lets him change his scales like rainwings.
