I don't have any idea for the name yet as I tend to research a name that fits every oc. But I would place him in one of my short stories where most characters (for now) are anthropomorphic cats. It all sets in the mansion where the MC appears randomly one day.
This oc would definitely fit as the tailor dress of the members of the mansion, they would be sassy and a little snarky but at the same time they wouldn't be too rude or mean. They would have a butterfly collection since they really like butterflies and would attempt to heal those who have broken wings. Their magic would be most likely related to them as well.
Since the mansion has only a few members, they would also work to tend the gardens, something that would help them relax and also give ideas and inspiration (thanks to the plants) for clothes and such
