a voucher is when a person pays in place for another person and gets something in return! it is kind of like a 3-way-trade basically; i’m unable to use paypal (my country doesn’t really have it, so i’m not sure how i’d go about making one without a card) but there is something i want, which is why i accept voucher offers <:)
Oh wow this is such a cute design! May I ask what u based it on? Or more exactly, I know you based it on that little item you took a picture of, but may I ask what that it is? It seems like a small Japanese chocolate bar, tried to image search the mascot and Google the name but nothing comes up :o0

Right! I was so struck by the design of the mascot that I can't help but search around the Internet for an answer...If I find it I'll definitely update u about it. Suchhhh a cute design again, I am a bit interested and would offer but I don't think I'd have any use for this design atm so I hope it goes to a good home ^____^
