Personality:
Kepler is very smart, talkative and extremely sweet. He is a wonderful listener and has wonderful reading skills for his age! He spends lots of his time reading all kinds of books relating to space. He just infodumps like no one else, he cherishes his knowledge of space and planets and the history of it all. He is always bubbly, willing to learn and always loves to hear interesting facts that anyone has to offer to him about anything, as he just loves learning in general even if not space related. When not hyper and chatty, he is usually as sleepy as can be, always wanting to take naps and daydreams about adventures in space. He would love to make his own space storybook some day!
Backstory:
Kepler grew up in a very open field, not much city around to disturb the night sky. From the moment he could process how beautiful the stars looked in the night sky he has been obsessed. He doodled and created his own stars and planets all the time, naming them and giving them their own stories and histories all made up by him. He would be thrilled to someday discover a star or planet on his own just to give it a unique name made up by him! Kepler is super close friends with Baba, he loves to let Baba talk to him about his interest in forest life and nature and Baba loves hearing facts about space from Kepler in return! He absolutely loves sleepovers, especially if he gets to bring his galaxy projector! He is among the smartest in his daycare, always sharing the facts he learns with his teachers that are always genuinely impressed by his reading and comprehension skills. They strongly encourage him to follow his dreams of one day creating a storybook of his own about space. Kepler also enjoys making crafts, making several papier mâché planets and spaceships to hang all around his space themed room. He always carries around a small plush dragon and a little pacifier since he noticed Baba had one, he wanted one to carry around as well. Kepler has tons of space themed outfits as well! From onesies to jackets and hats!
Trivia:
- Kepler has accidentally gone whole nights without sleeping due to how much he stays up daydreaming about being in space and discovering his own planets and stars. This does make him a little grouchy guy the next day.
- Yes, his very large ears do enhance his hearing quite a bit, making very loud noises pretty uncomfortable for him. They even droop when he is really sleepy or sad.
- He has been close friends with Baba since their very first day of Daycare together! They have very frequent playdates!
- He loves fruits and pancakes, but his warm food almost always becomes cold because he is too busy being a chatterbox during breakfast, lunch and dinner. He often has to be reminded to eat his food!
