💌🌸 Sale/Trade/regift TOS 🌸💌

• I DO not allow my freebies to be regifted, traded, or sold. If you wish to sell them they must have at least 4 additional drawings that are not picrew. 2 at least have to be yours.

• Trading and Selling of my non freebie designs are allowed. The cool down being 2 weeks. Also must have additional drawings that are not picrew or mine. Equal worth is a must.

• Please inform me if you decide to sell or trade my designs. As I like to keep up with the new owners of my designs.

• I set all designs to cannot transfer as theres too many to go through. Please message me if you desire to sell or trade the oc so I can manually change the setting.

• You can change the gender, sexuality, and personality

Not allowed

• Remove any previous drawings I put on my design

• DO NOT make a new version of the character without my credit so you can sale or adopt it out!!

• I DO NOT allow people to adopt my designs purely just for role-playing purposes. If you don't plan to draw them please do not even offer

• I DO NOT allow my ocs especially freebies, to be regifted/traded/sold as it was given to you free. If you wish to regift, trade, or sale please come to me. I will either give permission or request for the oc back. If the oc has art 2-4 that's not picrew and done by you I will accept trading, if it has 4+ that is yours I will allow selling.

• I DONT like my designs being used in NSFW art. If you wish to add NSFW art to said design please at least ask. If I consider you a friend or have a clean record with me I will gladly give you permission.

☆pissmann - Really agreesive and name calling over a misunderstanding

☆ UltyMax -Never ever give my designs to this person. They just mass adopt and tbh I don't like mass adopters, they have over 1k characters in which 97% are from those freebies. I recommend not letting them claim from you either.
