Tamara

"Venus is a goddess. So I expect you to treat her like one."

Tamara is Venus' partner, both romantically and in their job. Being the quieter and more stoic of the two, Tamara appears rather intimidating at first glance, something that isn't helped by the scars covering her arms, hands, neck, and face. She also has a thicker and more muscular build compared to her partner, though she prefers to use her vast collection of knives to take out targets rather than brute strength.

Though Tamara may not appear to show much emotion at first, she is truthfully unstable and tries to curb this instability through her deep attachment and devotion to Venus, who only ends up bringing the frantic and deranged side of her out even more during private moments. Tamara's obsessive love for Venus leads her to view her as a goddess, seeing her will as absolute and hurting anyone who tries to go against her wishes, or who hurts Venus instead. In a way, Tamara sees Venus as her master, and happily stays by her side no matter what happens. She tends to follow and enjoy whatever Venus does, since the two have very similar tastes and an incredibly deep connection. Notably, the two share a personal interest in Hain, who, while they are tasked with capturing for their job, care little about this task and would much rather keep her for themselves instead.

Even still, in some ways, Tamara, deep down, is more merciful than her partner. Coming from an abusive household and a tough life on the streets where she had to fight to survive, Tamara has been through a lot of pain, some of which she has taken out on herself. Though she's quit for a long time now, she was prone to self-harming in the past using her knives, and secretly harbors some dislike for herself deep down. Though, because of this pain and having her freedom restricted for so long, she is more prone to feelings of remorse or sympathy to their targets. Even still, she fears making Venus unhappy and would never disobey her orders unless truly pressed.

Her devotion to Venus began when they were around 14, after she was discovered by her while still living on the streets. Tamara, being mentally broken and forced to be violent to survive, encountered her while injured from a recent fight, growling and snarling at the girl in defense. In response, Venus approached her and began to gently clean her wounds, catching Tamara completely off guard. This was the first show of genuine kindness Tamara had ever been shown, causing her to start following Venus around like a dog in hopes of more attention. She also began protecting her as a show of thanks for her kindness, enraptured by her beauty and charismatic personality. The two have stuck together ever since, all throughout high school and even going down the same career path just to stay together.
