If you give away, sell, or co-own any characters of my creation with anyone on this list, you will be added to the blacklist. Some may be able to own new designs of mine with my WRITTEN EXPLICIT CONSENT at the time of trade. If we made a promise to only resell/trade/etc to me and I have proof, if you break it, you will be added to the blacklist. Do not sell/give away/trade my designs to anyone on this list. I do not give out public reasons why people are on the blacklist, but I may answer if asked.

NOTE: THE PEOPLE ON HERE HAVE MORE ACCOUNTS THAN THE ONES LISTED. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GET ANY NEW DESIGNS MADE BY ME, OR GET BACK DESIGNS THEY HAVE PREVIOUSLY OWNED

☆ Ask before you repost my art. (Excluding TH with credit) Must be given written consent before doing so, and credit must be given.
☆ Any artwork done is not allowed to be used for contests.
☆ Do not claim my art as your own, or make edits to it without my consent.
☆ Do not sell my artwork. It belongs to me and me only.

Commission

☆ Please wait 2 weeks before asking for an update as I may be busy outside of art.
☆ I have a right to refuse a commission, and refund you without any explanation.
☆ Please keep in mind that I have no deadlines, and take a long time to finish commissions. I go to school and I work part-time so I do not have a lot of free time to draw.
☆ Refunds are dependent on how much of the commission is finished when it is requested. If a commission is done, there is no refund.
☆ Small edits can be done for free, but big edits will cost extra unless proof of me missing it on the ref. Then it'll be free of charge.
☆ Full payment up front. will only take payment plans for orders over 100 dollars.

Designs

☆ Do not resell ocs for more than you bought them for, unless extra art has been required.
☆ !! PLEASE ASK ME BEFORE GIVING AWAY, TRADING, OR SELLING AN OC I MADE. !!
☆ Do not sell my designs to character hoarders. People with like 20+ Pages of ocs.
☆ If you own one of my designs, please let me know first when you'll be putting it up for adoption/trades/sale. My designs mean a lot to me, and I might want them so I would like to be the first one to offer.
☆ As the creator of the design, my TOS should never be overridden by someone else. Even if you promised your friend to give the character back to them, if it's my design, you are required to follow my TOS, otherwise you will end up on my blacklist.
☆ If we agreed upon you not reselling the oc with proof, it will count as part of my TOS. Breaking this promise will result in a blacklist.
☆ If I designed the oc or made major updates to it, I must be credited as the oc designer.
☆ Do NOT raffle my designs away without explicit written permission from me.

My Ocs

☆ You are not allowed to use or kin with my ocs.
☆ Do not offer on a do not offer tagged oc without my permission.
