please read through the terms carefully. failure to keep these terms in mind will result in an ip block, as well as blacklisting from any species i own.

general
- I don't typically sell adopts, but when I do, this is just the place to go for general adopt things.
- I run two species, but I try to stay on top of anything I may have to do.
- Payment is expected within one week of confirmation, otherwise the adopt will be sent to someone else.
- I do accept holds of up to two weeks. Excuses given after the deadline won't be taken into consideration.
- I'll only refund if you transfer the adopt back to me with no additional art or literature, and only for the amount you bought it for.
- For freebies (i.e., waifulabs, Picrews, etc.), I run these on FCFS.
- I put all obtaining methods and costs when making trades and transfers.
do nots
- Don't use my adopts for general bigotry, malicious intent (i.e., harassment), or for NFTs (...why would you, firstly?).
- Don't put my art on merch, doubly (triply!) so with the on-base adopts since they are done on bases that are not mine.
on-base adopts
- On-base adopts will always be credited to the base maker in question.
- Any palettes used will be given credit accordingly; if no credit is given, that likely means I threw things together.
- If the palette is not made by me, I'd recommend divulging this information when reselling/retrading.
- These adopts will, of course, be much cheaper than others. Please respect the prices given.
- Please do not upsell any adopts unless extra art is provided for them; for on-base adopts, this applies doubly so.
Off-base adopts
- Off-base adopts will typically be reserved for one of my species. These will be indicated in their descriptions.
- In such cases, you are absolutely not paying for my abysmal art. You're paying for the MYO and the theme, at the MYO's base pricing.
- When adopting a species-based off-base adopt, you will be subject to the species' TOS as well as this TOS.
- Typical rules apply here (don't resell for higher than its original cost, unless it is designed + approved).
