1. Payment method is only via Paypal, Cashapp, or Ko-Fi; I am unable to accept other forms of payment. Ownership is not transferred until payment is received. Payment must be made within 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
2. There is no refund! Any chargebacks will be considered as you forfeiting the design back and we will resale the character with proof of the chargeback
3. You can modify the design as you wish, however, I ask that you keep the original design attached to this profile and credit must be given, please do not delete the original design.
4. You have permission to repost the design on any site with credit as long as you are the owner; please credit ionightarts as the creator of this design
5. Do not trace, copy, or steal a design from me. This design is also not allowed to be used for NFT or AI
6. Do not sale characters for then you got them for unless commissioned art is included. Ie: A free character for money value
Any break of this ToS can result in a blacklist and possible block!
