Abilities
Lung Capacity: While the Witness can hold their breath for a long time, they don't have gills and rely on Bubble Jets in order to breathe. Bubble Jets are plentiful in the Submerged Ruins, allowing Witness to live there without drawbacks.
Lure: The light on The Witness's head can light up dark areas and lure over smaller prey like Batflies. If a glowing object such as a lantern or Neuron Fly is nearby, Witness can attach it to their lure, making it brighter.
Devour: At the expense of two food pips, Witness can unhinge their true jaw and devour a creature alive, from Lantern Mice to some Lizards. Using this ability will stun Witness for a few moments.

Trivia
-Their name used to be "The Watcher" but Videocult copied me smh
-Their design was originally my interpretation of Nightcat
-Back when they were just a Nightcat design, I wanted to make them the sibling of Saint
-Harmless Restoration modified them to have some Lizard DNA, attributing to their large size and jaw
-Their true jaw (and Witness's general appearance) scares away Slugpups, making it impossible for Witness to get the "Mother" achievement.
