Design Terms of Use
- You cannot resell freebie or trade adopts for a profit if there is no added art to their profile (that was commissioned), you can only trade them in OC trades and whatnot, you also have to be up front that they're a freebie or a trade.
- Please do not immediately put an adopt you purchase or trade to obtain from me up for offers/sale, I find this to be a very rude thing to do. I understand if a connection to the OC cannot be made, but don't start taking offers for them the second you get them.
- You can do whatever you want with any design you get from me as long its not illegal/bigoted/harmful material such as pedo/incest/zoo/etc. Aside from that, they're your character now, go nuts
- NSFW of my designs is allowed as long as the design is NOT a feral design or a child/child coded design and the owner is over 18. If you add NSFW content to the design then it is your responsibility to keep it properly tagged and filtered so its not visible to minors.
- I don't revoke characters ever, I never will, but if it comes to my attention that you are breaking TOS I will privately blacklist you from future adopts/comms/etc.
- This TOS applies only to designs created by ME. Not for reselling adopts. Please always make sure to follow the TOS of the original designer.
