Basics
Once upon a time, there was a princess locked away in a castle, cursed to never confess her feelings of love, lest she perish. It would be easier if her heart wasn't bursting to the brim with love in all shapes and sizes. Rumors of her kindness spread through the kindgom, heard but never seen. The people spoke her beauty, and her inclination towards...creativity in the arts, but they could only imagine. All the while, princess Tiliacenza yearned to spend even one day outside the confines of her home. Her only solace was her loyal guard, Pyre, and her garden.
And then, one day, her parents were gone. No longer could they keep her chained. Even if it meant leaving her brother, the princess knew it was time to be free. Casting away her name and her title, Tilly and her guard left the only home she'd ever known. Now, her goal is to explore, meet new people, try new things, live her life, and maybe, hopefully, remove the curse that has dug its thorns into her heart.

Personality
Tilly is a kind and bubbly young woman with an endless curiosity for the world. Because of her sheltered upbringing, she can be quite naive and will frequently find herself in trouble, causing her guard and her maid to worry about her safety. No matter the danger, she keeps her head held high and marches forward.
When not running head first into a sticky situation, she is almost never seen alone, preferring to seek out company whenever possible. She prefers to keep a positive attitude, and keeps the depths of her feelings close to her heart.
Whispers of the Gardens
Tilly has a deep connection to nature, and has even deeper respect for the nature Goddess she has worshiped all her life. Her magic, which focuses on protecting and healing others, relies on these two factors. While her Goddess is known to be distant, more a force within nature, Tilly feels her presence all around her: in the trees, in the soil, in fur of a kitten. The faint whispers of nature guide her through her journey. To keep her magic strong, she must reconnect with nature such as resting in a well kept garden.
Creativity as Freedom
To create is to give parts of yourself up for others to see. In all her years of isolation, of hiding her emotions, Tilly learned how to let her feelings be known without saying them. Cooking, painting, pottery, dance. All of these and more are hobbies she has dabbled in over her short life. She takes no stock in perfection, in creating a masterpiece, but instead on getting her emotions out in whatever medium she's chosen. This results in strange food dishes with combative flavors, and paintings with clashing colors and vague shapes, all the unique handiwork of their creator.

Valentine Duprée [ Younger Brother ]
Tilly's only sibling. She used to be close with him, but they had grown apart as Tilly was forced further into isolation, and as Valentine's responsibilities began to grow. She may have left, but she never stops thinking about him.
December Palmier [ Dearest Friend ]
Technically her maid, but Tilly considers December both her dearest friend and her family. December is reliable, kind, very silly, and is someone Tilly has decided she cannot live without.
Pyre [ Loyal Knight ]
When Tilly thinks back to her earliest memories, who she sees clearest is Pyre. Strong and loyal, Pyre is the one person who has been by her side for everything. There is no one on the planet that she trusts more.
