Jerry Blue is the Ultimate Phantom Thief.

The name 'Jerry Blue' is somewhat of a legend, not just in Japan. Their identity is known even to foreigners, only because they aren't from Japan themself. They refuse to say the details themself, choosing instead to live in obscurity... a beautiful irony considering the profession they've chosen for themself.

How Jerry came to become a phantom thief is not something so easily learned, and even he makes the choice not to explain his origins. It's a game, and he loves to play games with others. Hiding behind a false mask... what does he do it for? For fun? For protection? It's hard to know. It's not like he would tell you.

There are plenty of stories from across the world about green cards suddenly appearing in people's homes, and in public spaces where theft would be an impossible crime. But, not for Jerry of course. She makes it obvious when she's going to steal from somewhere, and it's all in the form of the calling cards she scatters across cities. And when the next day comes, valuable possessions up and disappear from homes, museums, casinos... anywhere, really.

But the thief is never found. They are gone within the blink of an eye. They show themself to the cameras, sure, but even those cameras have the potential to be stolen. And Jerry is more than happy to take the cameras and steal the footage for themself. It's something they enjoy more than the actual theft. After all, the chase is the best part.

But it was to his surprise when he received a calling card of his own. How did someone find his location? With how often he moved around, it should be impossible for anyone to find where he lived. But it was to his surprise that the letter came from Hope's Peak Academy, all the way in Japan... and the letter was in English.

A new location where she can continue her thefts, and get paid for it? Jerry would be a liar to say she wasn't interested. She was a well known liar because of her line of work but... even she could not avoid this tempting offer. A brand new location to continue her crime sprees, and have a proper title to follow her wherever she goes...
