Also known as Harwin Preota, the current overseer of the no man’s land that is Vesper’s brooding caverns. His soul is weary but still holds a deep, burning passion to help the land’s people shed the shackles of empire control. He oversees a sizable underground rebel cell concentrated in one of the larger settlements, doing a decent amount of hands-on work such as maintaining transmission stations and delivering messages.
Lusus: The Keeper (Angel-Drake) - He/Him - Jade Blood - He’s possibly one of the oldest living things on all of Vesper, having been alive since pre-Suffocation times. He owes his longevity to a realistic outlook on life, plenty of sleep, and his strong Coreic faith. He currently oversees and manages a library with hundreds of years of historical documents and artifacts, determined to keep them from destruction at the hands of the empire.
