Óskastjarna

The Incomprehensible offspring of a Genie and a deiffic Dragon, Óskastjarna (known by many other names) was born a flightless mutant bearing the reality-altering powers of Wish magic and the hardy eternal life of Dragons. As she was born during the latter days of the Crusade of Sealing against Genie-kind, her father wished her unto a subspace in reality where the Creator of the Interior could never be able to Comprehend, thus protecting from his imprisoning pursuit. This created the Infradimension, a layer of reality beneath the understood multiverse, where Óskastjarna aged in isolation within the barely definite confines of her own world.

Eventually, as the eons passed by, Óskastjarna subconsciously Wished for a companion to her realm, despite having little to no concept of the Existence of any others. This wish carved a gap in between the Infradimension and reality, in which a singular plain human man fell into. The traversal left the individual barely alive, both crushed by the sudden interdimensional transition as well as mentally dissolving from the Incomprehensible space he had been summoned to. Óskastjarna saved the man's life by wishing a slice of her own immeasurable power into his soul, bolstering it with incalculable power that, in addition to saving his life, trapped the man in the bounds of the Infradimension. While kept alive in perpetuity, the man seemed to have lost all semblance of his former identity, and Óskastjarna almost-sarcastically gave him the name Nebulous. He spent countless millenia in her company, conquering the vast task of learning how to tame and wield the powers instilled in him by her drastic action to save his life. These powers, drawing from the distant, unfathomable power of the stars, became known as the Stellar powers, which Óskastjarna came to define as two separate kinds--Stellar Focus and Stellar Wilds.

Once sufficiently mastered in the powers granted to him, Nebulous was given the extra moniker of Sensei by Óskastjarna. She instructed her now-dedicated student to seek others within reality who might benefit from the eternal studies within the Infradimensional realm, to be accessed from natural traversal to the space rather than her own endangering conjuration. Nebulous took to this task diligently, leaving Óskastjarna in solitude only shortly before he scouted out a number of giftless sorts to benefit from the Stellar powers at their own pace. Unlike Nebulous's personal tutelage at her attention, Óskastjarna chose to witness the works of her new students from even further beyond Comprehension, often only vaguely visible as a constellation in the infinite starry skies.

Óskastjarna continues to reside within the Infradimension, both for the lingering fear of being sealed away as a wielder of Wish magic, but moreso for the logical understanding that her nigh-infinite power would critically unbalance reality's fold, for the worse. She instead speaks to Nebulous through the Gate which he safeguards in the Gap Between. Curiosity continually gnaws at her mind to explore beyond her confines, but wisdom has yet stayed her from indulging this unspoken Wish.
