A stygian born of the nightmares of one long passed. They only recently became properly active, as if awoken from some sort of hibernation.
They hang around Halphas and Vassago quite frequently, but will also arrive the moment one needs them. They are creepily upbeat at all times, though they don't seem to understand why they are so offputting.
They will impart any information requested about astronomy, poisonous plants and herbs, or precious stones. They seem to have an encyclopedic knowledge of the subjects. They love to show off their garden in their kingdom.
Their kingdom is made up of a series of floating islands haunted by an obnoxiously large population of Parrotings. If one tries to fly away from the islands without a different kingdom in mind, they soon enough come back into view. They specialize in nightmares about death by poisoning or as a result of hubris.
Their presence invokes either a sickly feeling, or a feeling of impending doom.
