Chou's mother! She's a cheerful and chatty person, always happy to have Chou's classmates over. She works as a hero support gear maker, having gone to school for it, and is always happy to answer questions about it, or help hero students figure out what kind of gear they want.
Her power is called Fire Breath. She can breathe fire. She knows her power isn't "much" compared to her clients and hero school students, but she likes it, and it can certainly be a show. Besides, it doesn't need to be flashy.
