Chou's father! A calm and reliant person, he doesn't talk as much as Haruki, but can still be rather chatty when the situation arises, and likes to tease others. He's happy his daughter is following her dreams, and her friends don't seem like such a bad bunch.
His power is called Dragon. He can transform into a wingless dragon. He cannot breathe fire like Chou can, but he reckons his large, curled horns could be good for ramming. Not that he has really tried, not in many years.
