Commissions
Thank you for visiting! Here is a brief overview
- I am available most active here on Toyhouse, but am also on Ko-fi and Bsky. To message me via Discord, please DM for my handle!
- Payments are taken upfront via PayPal, unless discussed otherwise
- Commissions will be completed usually within 1-3 weeks, at the latest 31 days upon acceptance of payment
- You are welcome to share the commission provided you give proper sourcing and credit
- Commission works are for personal use only. You may not under any circumstances use your commissioned art work for non-fungible tokens (NFT) or cryptocurrency, AI training, or related derivatives. You may not use them for commercial purposes
- (If you do not want your art shown here please DM me and I will remove it!)
- Additional complexity (excluding additional characters) = $+20 AUD to base price
- Additional characters will be half the base price added on top (e.g. a Full render full-body of two characters would be $60 + $30 = $90)
- I use two softwares to draw: either Rebelle 5 or Clip Studio Paint. Rebelle 5 mimics textures and mixing (colours, blending, etc.) of traditional art, while CSP retains the digital feel. When applicable, please choose which software you'd prefer!

Terms of Services
Creative process
- I render my artwork in many different styles - if there's a particular style from my own work you'd like me to recreate, link the image and let me know, I will do my best :)
- The more detail you provide, the better! Please feel free to drop multiple references of clothing fabrics or patterns, an arm in different angles, a chosen pose, etc.! Though we will still discuss together in the planning phase, knowing your ideas beforehand will greatly streamline the process and you'll receive your art more quickly!
- Backgrounds will be simple at best, but I can attempt a less abstract one if references are provided as well
- Default canvas size is A4 (2480*3508 px at 300 dpi)
Commission process
At each stage I will send you a WIP image where you can provide feedback. If you don't respond within 48 hours of me sending you the WIP I will continue working on the commission as if you are satisfied with its progress. I am diligent in completing works within a month, so please respect that and likewise be diligent in responding in a timely manner! :)
- You contact me and we sort out details such as the type of artwork, any questions, etc.
- We will discuss ideas and I will provide preliminary sketches for us to revise before finalising an idea. If you are satisfied to continue with the commission, I will request payment. This will be the final stage where you can request alterations*.
- Upon receiving payment, lineart / underpainting / clean sketches will commence.
- Flat colours / colour blocking will commence.
- Rendering / finishing touches.
- The clean .PNG or .TIFF will be sent to you.
Monochrome sketches after the preliminary sketch will not be previewed during the process due to limited stages. You can provide feedback during the preliminary sketch stage before select your chosen thumbnail sketch which will be produced.
Additional fees and refunds
*If you request major alterations in later stages you will be asked to compensate for the additional time put into your commission You cannot ask for a full refund once the end of the sketching stage has been reached. However you will be refunded the rest of the money that did not go into the work, as well as be given the image worked on up to that point By commissioning me you are agreeing to my terms of service regardless if you've read through it thoroughly or not
