Outgoing: Cath is never shy to talk to anyone, or to confront them if they’ve wronged her.
Loyal: She doesn’t see the point of ditching people she cares about. If everyone did that, there would be no point in caring at all.
Stubborn: Despite her loyalty, Cathy isn’t afraid to run away and do things on her own if she believes it’s the right thing to do.
Harsh: She loves to tease, and doesn’t know when it’s a good time to ignore someone’s flaws and support them wholeheartedly.
Likes:
Old-timey musicals. All actual story aside, she loves looking at those old costumes. Why doesn’t Broadway bring back themed costume sets with sparkles?
Video games! She gets to affect the story, so no one can make any stupid choices on her watch!
Dislikes:
Winter. Not just too cold, it’s also too grey.
Old movies. It’d be fine if they’d just clear up all those weird camera jumps!
Backstory: As far as anyone could remember, no one in the Zima family had ever lived to be 40. The reason why wasn’t clear: some sort of medical condition, pure coincidence, a curse; theories floated around at every family gathering. Young Catherine lived with her mother and maternal relatives because of this, her father having passed when she was very young.
Cath was always brash and outspoken, the leader of every team and group project. When she transitioned at age 12, anyone who questioned her new name and pronouns got a passionate lecture as an answer.
Her family history weighed on her mind, however—or, more accurately, her mother’s. Cath herself had sort of accepted her fate, but her mom wouldn’t stop worrying about her little baby dying on her. Cathy could never explain to her why she was unfazed.
She could explain to Flow just fine, though.

Roman candle! For precise attacks, as well as making nice pictures in the air! Despite, well, being a Roman candle, Cathy can hold it safely. Somehow.
