KOJI KONDO
A very meek scruggly, Wishmella likes to spend her time learning about the ocean. She wants to be a marine biologist and yearns to be at the ocean herself.
Of course, this could never happen because someone would have to find her in her plush form and take her to the ocean. Instead, she yearns from a distance and learns everything she can.

Wishmella spends a lot of her time thinking about fish. She is painfully absentminded because of it. When she isn't day dreaming, she is rather quiet and reserved. She's compassionate and cares for others, but is usually too busy thinking about her fish to notice when things go awry.
Wishmella's main design--her digital design--is on the right and is taller than her plush form--her alt design. Her digital form is always preferred unless stated otherwise.

- always has see through clothing to aquariums in her body. these are not optional and required always

Not a fish, but close enough. Wishmella is fascinated by Nami and her brother. May or may not ask a bunch of questions whenever Nami comes around. She likes to sit at a lifeguard's laptop homescreen and wait for Nami to find her.
