Do not copy, alter, trace, or redistribute character or art in any way, shape, or form. Character is not for free use and is only to be used by the person who purchased their design. Art and design are property of and copyright Erica (EriJeann) Redd (unless otherwise stated and proper credit will be listed).

RULES:

1) I HOLD THE RIGHT TO RECLAIM A DESIGN OF MY OWN SPECIES FOR ANY REASON AT ANY GIVEN TIME! A full refund for the initial purchase of the design will be given.

2) You may NOT resell the character/design/art once purchased. No monetary gain is to be made from my work or design. There are NO exceptions.

3) You may NOT trade the character/design/art once purchased. No physical, digital, or other goods may be gotten in trade for MY work/art. EXCEPTION: If the design was made on a base by another artist, trading is allowed UNLESS the design is of my own species. (Just ask me before you want to trade a character and I can give better specifics!)

4) If you no longer wish to have the character/design that was made with my own art or of my species, I am happy to work with you to re-home them. Depending on what is worked out between the two of us and a new, potential buyer will determine what you get (monetary or otherwise) from the exchange.
