A mysterious peafowl who has lived and lorded over the provincial masses in Sight for time immemorial, though curiously, his name states that he has not always lived in the region, instead hailing from the continent of Motion across the sea.

He seeks arcane power above all things, so as to bolster his might. Despite his inherently powerful and rare aura, he is not skilled with it, though has mastered an illusion so as to appear leagues beyond the most studied mages. In the face of it, even the most courageous and valorous will shirk away.
