[BG3] Iorveth

Iorveth is one of my player characters from Balder's Gate 3 and probably the one I am most attached to.
He is your most typical version of The Dark Urge, meaning that anything that was canon or true within the world of BG3 is true to him too.
In an effort not to spoil anyone who hasn't played the game yet, just let it be known that he basically did every possible evil choice. Including taking the throne in Bhaal's name.
If his fathers blood demanded he give into his urge, he would. It did not take long for him to fall back into that delicious feeling. 

There was a time when he was much younger where he thought that learning to become a monk and to look into himself retrospectively would help him suppress his urges but sadly it did not work.
It taught him to have better control of when to act upon the urges rather than turn into a furious bloody mess like Orin, and it taught him how fun "using your own hands and claws" for your violent, messy deeds felt compared to relying purely on weapons. But it did not purify him from his birthright. 

Ascended Astarion and Iorveth developed a toxic but passionate relationship during their adventures, lavishing themselves in sanguine delight. The two of them were competitive and fought over who was considered the "dominant" and "most powerful" between the two of them, this contest became especially raw when Astarion turned Iorveth into his vampire spawn but refused to allow him to become a full vampire.
The final test proved that it was in fact Iorveth when he took away Astarions free will...
