She's a traveller. They of course meet Elidi and Marilyn (my serps) on her travels. 

She's a LeviathanWing and those fellas are like aquatic sillies on a small island. I'll have to read more onto them but essentially she has a makeshift boat and carries it along with her when swimming across the seas (it's also useful because since it's a boat she can nap / sleep on it and keep all her trinkets there + of course her baby hippo companion
