Turns out being a ghost is a lot less fun than you'd think. Touching things takes a lot of concentration, and people are more likely to run away than chat. This ghost just so happened to haunt an apartment, so they have a better chance at making a friend. They have a better chance at getting exorcised too, but they try not to think about that.
