Having a weak heart and multiple health issues ever since he was young, Felis was admitted at the hospital pretty early on in his life. While he was being taken care of, the world fell apart without him knowing and the hospital became a shelter of some sort. Altair recently became his roomate, getting treated for a lung illness caused by the air intoxicated by poisonous flowers
They quickly became close, claiming to be fated by stars. In hope of making Altair stay longer, Felis switched their pills so neither of them would get the right treatment. That way, they could stay together forever! They later escaped the hospital to explore the outside world and test their dying bodies, staying by each other's side until death catches up to them
Felis has a very twisted vision of life and finds some sort of excitement in knowing he's putting his life in danger. He considers risking both his and Altair lives to be the greatest act of love and commitment. This journey is one of happiness for both of them as they get to spend their lasts moments together
