Quirk: Kinetic Isolation

His body is constantly vibrating, usually not too noticeable, but he can focus the vibration to create sound constructs through speakers. On his costume, he has a speaker on either hand and foot and one large one on his back. He uses them to construct sound weapons or as jump boosters on his feet. His ultimate attack is when he pushes his vibration to its limits and creates a monster construct that comes out of the back speaker. This is his last ditch attack as using it exhausts him entirely. When he's nervous, his body vibrates uncontrollably, so during social situations he can't hide his emotions. He is also terrible at keeping secrets.
