Hot tempered and unpredictable, Cecil has developed a rather infamous reputation because of her violent tendencies. She mostly prefers to keep to herself and isn’t much of a conversationalist, mostly because she is on her own most of the time. Highly protective of things and individuals that she considers hers, once she’s claimed them there is a good chance that she will kill someone or something that attempts to harm them or take them away. To those that she is close to she is generally very loyal and willing to help. Because of this it is not uncommon to see her around Babmi’s bar or Frith’s home assisting in carring shipments, tools, or doing general repairs. Outside of those few that she is close too she is brutally violent, and will gladly maim anyone or anything provided she is given a clear go-head (or is being willfully ignored) by her superiors. When she is "working" her true personality comes out. Sarcastic, brutal, with a dark sense of humor. she could be generally described as unsettling, taking unhealthy amounts joy from causing pain and instilling fear which has become a slight addiction for her. Because of this she becomes fidgety when a long dry spell without any sort of job happens, making her more likely to lash out at others.

Cecil is broad shouldered and muscular. Could easily be mistaken for a more masculine grem at first glance (call her a he and you will become very well aquanted with your intestinnes though) unlike most grems who tend to have thinner legs when bulking up Cecil retains much of the muscle/fat making her less of a triangle and more squarely bodied, She does have a slight under bite due to her tusks.
