• When not playing her "guitar" it rests against her back over her shoulder, she doesn't 'ride' on her tail like other alolan raichu do. 
• You can draw her in any of her evolutions that you prefer! They would just be different parts of her story.

Josey is a lover of music, parties, and good times. She loves having fun- pushing boundaries, and causing a little mayhem in the process. She's frustrated by rules and authority, and wants nothing more than to stick it to the man whenever she gets the chance. (Who's the man? That depends on the day of the week). She tends to be very impulsive, doesn't take 'impossible' for an answer, and won't hesitate to challenge anyone and anything in her way. Type disadvantage? Sounds like baby talk to her.

She doesn't back down and doesn't know when to quit, which is both her biggest strength and most powerful weakness. Nothing has driven her to destruction faster than her own inability to just take a loss and move on. She doesn't deal well with failure and doesn't like being insulted, often leading her to take getting revenge or getting 'the last laugh' way more seriously than necessary. 

Josey grew up among a small colony of pikachu living in a big city, where she was early on exposed to music, punk styles, and an undercurrent of rock culture that was native to the dark alleys and dive bars of the area. While other pokemon were wild and avoided humans- Josey was fascinated. She would peek through bar windows watching rock shows and daydreaming of doing it herself.

When she evolved enough, she found her tail was far better suited to something other than the surfing that other raichu were known for.

Now she strolls around performing in the streets- for people and pokemon alike. She doesn't have a band or want money, she just wants the fun that comes with having a great time and carries that with her wherever she goes.
