these are our terms of use for all designs, adopts, characters, ect. please read this carefully before making changes to or relisting any of our designs.

designs
- you may not heavily reference our designs or directly copy.
- we do not mind colorpicking, but copying patterns is not allowed.

redesign
- you cannot change the design without our permission. contact us before any and all design changes.
(please note this does not include adding outfit variations.)
- you must not change a design beyond recognition.
- you must keep us in the designer credit no matter what, but you are allowed to credit redesigners alongside our credit.

re-listing
- there is a three day cooldown period before a character may be re-listed.
- characters traded for may not be sold for money unless 2+ pieces of art are added.
(it can be personal art or commissioned art. please price fairly.)
- characters bought with money can be resold at their base value if no additional art is added. you are not allowed to inflate the price if no additional art has been provided.
- those who are on our blacklist will never be allowed to own our designs unless removed.

- you must keep our credit listed on the characters profile.
