Octo is a young lad who has lived on daigyo island for as long as he can remember. He's wildly carefree and bold, not thinking twice (or once for that matter) before going out go do a new sort of adventure. He often gets labeled as stupid by others, but he doesn't see it that way. He simply tries to see the adventure and childlike wonder in everything he can.
Story
Backstory
In the depths of the ocean, hundreds of fish swarm around a baby fallen from the land. Seemingly only days old, he had been dumped into the ocean by his parents to get rid of him. The fish swam him up to their leader at the time, who agreed to foster Octo above the water. He took octo up to Daigyo island and took care of him as if octo was his own child. Octo hasn't seen the leader in years, to the point where he can't even remember his face, but he hopes to one day find the man who saved his life.
