Brando

Brando runs of ranch of critters in the middle of nowhere. He's really just a lonely old cat lady, but he'll vehemently refuse such accusations. All manners of cute little creatures inhabit his house and wander the dusty compound. His children are his world, and there's always room for more.

His "hair" is actually a tumbleweed and his mouth is a bandana, i.e. Every time he talks, the mouth muscles are actually the folds of the bandana.
