Design Terms of Use
-No trading my designs to people on my blacklist (on PF) or that fit my DNI located at rentry.co/scratchykit5743dni
-No trading my designs to people who draw a very large amount of NSFW to the point where it makes up most of their content
-I do not believe in revocation, please do not trade me designs from people who will forcefully revoke designs (not just “hey can I have my design back please” but forcefully taking a design from someone just because they pissed you off) or people that will try to override my TOS with their own and/or try to control what people can do with designs they didn’t make when trading them away (eg. “Character TOS”es that say that this user has the right to take back any character they trade you regardless of who made it)
-If I blacklisted you while you owned one of my designs, you can still own it, you just can't get new ones
-Colorpicking is OK, you don't own colors, just don't rip off my character and you should be fine
-You are not allowed to forcefully take my designs from anyone, nor are you allowed to bar any color picking or inspiration taken off of them.
-Abide by individual TOS, please!
