Cloudy

Cloudy was once an ordinary Pallas cat, kept as an exotic pet by some unsavory individual. To the individual's great surprise, the wild animal they'd adopted needed CARE (shocking, I know), so they ended up abandoning him. From there, the little fella made his way to Scrapville; he spent a week there, and found himself a changed cat! He's not quite a puppet, and not quite a regular animal; nobody's really sure what to make of him. He mostly keeps to himself, silently judging the other residents of Scrapville. The only one he'll ever really hang out with is Darksplash.
