ART TOS

Please credit me if you are reposting, using it as a pfp or banner.Do not trace my work, but you may take inspiration from my art style.Do not use my work for AI purposes, that will get you permanently blacklisted, I do not tolerate AI " art " at all. No commercial use of my art unless we have discussed it beforehand. 

DESIGN TOS

Do not sell a design you got from me for more than what you bought it for unless you have added value to it ( ex. commissions or personal art. Art trades and gifts do not count. )Redesigns are okay as long as the character still resembles the original. Do not copy my designs, inspiration/color picking is okay. Do not delete or private my designs, I’d rather you just give them back. On that note, if my design is deleted, I will take it as an okay to resell it. Do not remove the credit from my design when transferred to Toyhouse. 

Failure to follow any of the rules will get you graylisted or blacklisted depending on the circumstances.
