Brie the Skunk

Rough and Tumble's sister, she was never allowed to play with them as her name didn't fit their rhyming scheme, a dynamic that continued even as they got older and starting partaking in criminal activity. As such, Brie became rather bitter and decided to dedicate her life to one-upping them in the criminal activity department, trying to be a better villain than both of them. She does a rather horrible job of this, not really being all that dedicated to seeing her schemes through and giving up at the slightest hint of difficulty. It doesn't help that she isn't any smarter than her brothers.

She happened to select Cinder the Fox as her rival, determining her to be a hero type and that every villain needs a hero to battle against. Much of her villain activities involve trying to cause minor inconveniences to Cinder that the fox usual deals with fairly easily (think Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam) and they end the encounter by eating some ice cream (think Sam and Ralph).

While she considers herself a villain, she's unlikely to join forces with the likes of Mimic since he betrayed his team as she has a similar sense of loyalty like her brothers. She will still betray people in other ways for personal game, but does draw the line at getting people killed. Think Rouge but with the intelligence of Rough and Tumble.
