Adopt [Open $60 USD]

Been awhile since I made an adopt, but I've been itching to make some designs-- I really like this one too, so if no one claims him after awhile I'll keep him for myself c:

Here's the idea I had for him when drawing, but you're more then welcome to use, change or remove it completely!

Mind was kind of stirring a lot for this guy, but-- I was going for a dragon like humanoid (or demon) who was ripped of their abilities and possible back wings they once had. Unable to reclaim what was lost they decided to turn to some kind of taboo rituals that help them gain some kind of temporary powers. Now they're able to drink the blood of any creature and gain their abilities for a short while. If someone can use fire magic and he takes a sip of their blood, he can use the same magic for awhile. I'm thinking he might also be able to understand animals by drinking their blood as well?
