can perform minor light manipulation but mainly manages to be annoying with it

those markings are supposed to be kind of iridescent - it's part of the whole gecko thing, they shimmer a bit in the sunlight. she also has sticky pads on her fingertips which really don't do anything much but look cool and give her something to fidget with
