Nyx is one of four siblings that run the Nevermore Funeral Home and Mortuary. Her primary job is the transportation of bodies though she has trained all around the business and steps in wherever needed.
STORY
PAST
Nyx was born as a triplet with two other siblings in her nest. She was the last to hatch and had taken some time after her two elder siblings. Some would say she took so long because she was the only one of the three to form the braincell that they share between the trio.
They spend a lot of time following their parents coat-tails, always wanting to know what they are doing and how they do it. Curious to a fault and eager to get her hands on the family business before she'd even learnt to read.

Playful teasing about being the youngest left Nyx overcompensating in their youth, becoming a bit of a know-it-all and bossy, thinking she is to mature to be silly like her siblings. Though when there aren't any grown-ups around she was always just as silly and chaotic as the rest, perhaps even more with that pint of gremlin energy let out less often.

PRESENT
Growing up Nyx proved to be the stronger flier of the four, strong in body and mind she could tote the heaviest of bodies. She quickly became The Hearse Flyer, transporting the dead from their homes to the morgue with the care of transporting porceline glass.
Once during a particularly bad storm season someone's grandmother had passed. The family was worried about leaving the body home and while her parents had insisted there was no safe way to move the body Nyx had snuck out and braved the storm. Getting there fine, she packed up the body, held the body closer and took to the air.
The storm was nasty and the winds sent her tumbling. Refusing to let go of the body she couldn't recover and crashed hard to the ground, scarring her face and arms as she protected the corpse over her own body.
She'd made it home bloody and dazed but with the body in perfect condition to hand off to her mother while her father and siblings took to scolding and taking care of her injuries. But after that day she'd made her claim to the position a permanent one.

DESIGN NOTES
- -Raven wings can be whatever size you see fits.
- -The wings on the sides of her head are in place of her ears!
- -The ghosts reflected in her eyes aren't required but they are fun!
- -She has scars on her face as well as her arms.
-The flowers attached to her pants are Lily of the Valleys
-Her overall outfit theme is aviator!

Orpheus Nevermore (Brother)
The 'eldest' of the triplets by a small margin in Orpheus. A goofball and beloved brother who lost his arm in a flying accident when they were kids. Probably one of the sweetest and goofiest guys you'll ever meet and easily spooked by death even though he's born and raised into it, something he is endlessly teased over.
Kaden Nevermore (Sibling)
The closely born second sibling is Kaden. An oddball in a whole other way than Orpheus with a lack of boundries and nosy to a T. The most dedicated to the business their family runs in terms of it being just that, a business, it surely wouldn't be kept afloat wither them.
Bandi (Brother)
The surprise fourth sibling is the most level headed of the lot of them. Bandi was found one day while the raven triplets were out playing, unconcious and hurt they'd gone to their parents and they brought him home. Unable to find where he'd come from, Bandi was officially a Nevermore. Nyx considers Bandi just as much her brother as Orpheus or Kaden and sometimes pities him as he seems to be the only sane one of the group.
TRIVIA
- -Nyx likes to do over think, espesially when it comes to the things she's passionate over like fun or family.
-Nyx is the strongest flyer in her family and never lets anyone forget it.- -Trained all around the funeral and mortition business Nyx is a jack of all trades while specializing in body transport where she is an expert.
- -Can turn into an actual raven at will, often does this when she has reached her social cap and can't easily escape.
- -They are extremely fast, both in the air and on her feet. Able to spook anyone and take off before they even realize she's gone.
-Can disappear at a moments notice, another neat trick to avoid social obligations or try and avoid annoying brothers, though they can often spot the magic that shimmers from this ability.
PERSONALITY
Nyx is a friendly sort who is polite and mature to the people she first meets. Good at small talk and soothing conversation to grieving folk as she takes their dead to be taken care of at the morgue.
Longer social interactions she struggles with though, often one with a very small social battery and will dip out of a conversation or make an excuse to escape if the need arises.
They tend to believe they're the more mature of the triplets and puts up a good front a lot of the time, but it's easy for her brothers to make her fold into their antics and goof amongst them.
Nyx really things that death is a cool and fun thing and isn't afraid of it at all. When learning about Erebos she admires her and she keeps a small shrine dedicated to the goddess where she prays for safe travels as she escorts the bodies of the dead.

- -Stuffed Pumpkin, it's her favourite food!
-Mochi
-Death, just the whole cycle of it.
-Anything shiny, could be just a useless coin or clip and she'll add it to her collection!
-Flying, there's nothing quite like it.
-Her family, they mean the whole world to her and she'd burn it down for them.
DISLIKES
- -Big crowds, too many people talking at once overwhelms her.
-Speeches, the one part of the funeral business she taps out of unless she has no other choice.
-The number seven, there's something suspicious about it.
-The heat, if it's too hot she'll shoot up into the sky where even on the hottest days there is nothing chillier than being high in the sky.
