Rio (Circus Trickster) is a Riolu character that was created for a group named "PMD-Revival" on DeviantArt. Even though this character was created for that group is character can still be entitled to their own story and team. This character might be used later on for another Pokemon group and might adapt to the group's story, but his story and team will remain same throughout.
Story
Rio was born and raised in a travelling band of Pokemon that travel around as an entertainment group named "The Star-wings". Rio was part of the show as a acrobat and learned other tricks that the band had taught him to keep the audience amazed. One he is particularly fond of was an idea he came up with using phosphorescent algae for a dance near the ocean that the Star-wings got a bigger name for itself and their iconic dance. Rio wanted to explore the world and its pokemon so he decided he wanted to join the Guild as a explorer.

Team Jamboree
Rio is the second in command of a two partner team. His team leader is Tux, a Sylveon, and they are part of an exploration team named "Team Jamboree". Both partners respect each other and have a common goal despite them having different backgrounds. Their team is a new and a recent one of the Guild since there is only two members on their team. Rio was recruited by Tux himself at a town that Tux was investigating and was hired on the spot when Tux realized that Rio was also was interested in being on a team. As of now their team is is tackling all aspects of being a team:
